Our hosting provider Hostinger adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield”, ensuring that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant.
Registration Data
When you interact with any form or booking tool on socialscion.ai, you may provide your name, email address, business name, business vertical, and any details you submit as part of the inquiry, the Business Story Score questionnaire, the free film request, or a service engagement.
Comments
When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, standard web analytics tools and third-party platforms collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on the site, and the source of your visit. We use Brevo for CRM and marketing, Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, and analytics tools to understand how our website is used.
We do not currently operate a cookie consent banner. By using this website, you acknowledge that standard analytics and marketing tracking may be active. If you wish to opt out of Meta’s advertising tracking, you can do so at facebook.com/settings under Ads.
These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the service or content you requested — your Story Score report, your free film, your strategy call, or your paid engagement
- Send you the email follow-up sequence connected to your Story Score or inquiry, which you opted into by submitting the form
- Communicate with you about our services
- Send marketing emails, but only where you have provided consent by opting in on our form
- Understand how our website is being used and improve the experience
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising
- Meet our legal and financial obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not sell or trade your personal information.
4. Email Communications and Consent
When you submit any form on socialscion.ai, you will see a clear opt-in checkbox if you wish to receive marketing communications from us. This checkbox is unchecked by default. Ticking it is your consent to receive emails from Social Scion AI.
Every marketing email we send includes our business name, a way to contact us, and a one-click unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we will remove you from marketing communications promptly. You may continue to receive transactional messages — booking confirmations, delivery notifications, invoices — after unsubscribing from marketing
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only with the third-party service providers who help us operate our business and deliver our services. These include our CRM and email platform, our payment processor, our advertising measurement tools, our website host, and the AI video production platforms we use for content creation. All providers are required to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we direct.
Some of these providers are located outside India, including in the United States. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in countries outside your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure those providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.
In the event of a business sale, merger, or restructure, personal information may be transferred as part of that process, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
We will disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or to protect the legal rights, safety, or property of Social Scion AI or others.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and no longer. Story Score responses and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission unless an active client relationship exists. Client project files are retained for up to five years from project completion. Payment records are retained for seven years to meet financial and tax obligations. Email consent records are retained for five years. When retention periods expire, we delete or anonymize data securely.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you have certain rights over your personal information.
All visitors: You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@mail.socialscion.ai with the subject line Privacy Request. Include your name and the email address you used when submitting your information. We will respond within 30 days.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission on all forms, access controls on platforms holding personal data, and contractual security requirements with our service providers. No internet transmission is completely secure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk of harm, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority as required by applicable law.
